Santander Commercial Directory
To evolve the institution's digital transformation and centralize information, the creation of a commercial directory was proposed.
The directory is accessed through the bank's intranet and allows viewing of bulletins with varied information, such as new campaigns or communication guidelines. Unlike the previous process, it is now possible to access videos and dynamic content, as well as making it possible to search for information by date, type of communication or content.
Re|trai was responsible for the development of the directory and search system, with the design and usability in charge of Ana Afonso.
